At House of Somarra, we ensure a seamless and transparent delivery experience for all our clients.

Order Processing

Orders dispatch in 2–15 business days, with timing confirmed after your requested size is reviewed.

Parcels are dispatched Monday–Saturday, with a daily order cutoff of 8:00 pm IST. Orders received after the cutoff are processed from the next dispatch day. Public holidays and courier availability may affect dispatch.

Please contact us before ordering if you need an outfit for a fixed event date. The dispatch range is separate from courier delivery time.

Shipping Timelines

Within India:

Orders are delivered within 3 to 7 business days after dispatch.

International Orders:

Orders are delivered within 7 to 14 business days after dispatch.

Delivery timelines may vary depending on location, logistics availability, and external factors.

Shipping Charges

Within India: Shipping is complimentary on every order, with no minimum order value.

International orders: Shipping charges depend on your destination and are shown at checkout before payment.

  • INR 2,000 per order: Bahrain, Bangladesh, Bhutan, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Kuwait, Malaysia, Maldives, Nepal, Oman, Philippines, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, Sri Lanka, Thailand, United Arab Emirates, and Vietnam.
  • INR 3,500 per order: Other available international destinations.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, a tracking link will be shared via email or SMS so you can monitor your delivery in real time.

Delays

While we strive to deliver orders within the estimated timelines, delays may occur due to:

• Weather conditions

• Logistics or courier disruptions

• Public holidays or unforeseen circumstances

House of Somarra is not liable for delays caused by third-party courier services.

International Shipping

Customs duties, import taxes, and destination clearance fees, where applicable, are payable by the recipient. These are separate from the shipping charge collected at checkout.

International orders are not eligible for returns. Exchanges are accepted; please contact support@somarra.in before sending an item to confirm the arrangements.
